1. The general provisions
1.1. Booking of services occurs on the basis of the contracts concluded by
“INOTEX" company with the enterprises of hotel complex.
1.2. Room booking of Petersburg hotels is made on the basis of the rules and conditions defined by corresponding hotel.
1.3. All prices on petersburgtravel.ru are presented in roubles or in c.u. Thus payment is made in roubles at the rate, defined by a hotel at the date of payment.
1.4. All the prices include the VAT.
1.5. The prices specified on petersburgtravel.ru are valid for individual tourists.
2. The order of services
2.1. The order of service is carried out on the basis of the form of the application properly filled and sent by the client for booking of a hotel, and also on the basis of the application received by phone, e-mail or other accessible way of communication.
2.2. Preliminary acknowledgement of the booking, the way specified in the form of the application, the operator petersburgtravel.ru carries out in time, for the weekdays, not later than 24 hours after reception of the application. The applications which sent on days off and official holidays, are served by the operator in the first day after the holidays or day off.
2.3. In unusual cases petersburgtravel.ru reserves the right to itself to replace the preliminary reserved hotel by a hotel of equal or higher class, without changing a cost of accommodation. Thus petersburgtravel.ru immediately informs the client about the replacement.
3. Cost and payment
3.1. Cost of the services of the ordered service is defined accordingly to the prices specified on petersburgtravel.ru at the moment of registration of the application by the client.
3.2. Room booking of Petersburg hotels is carried out on conditions of 100 % of an advance payment which the client makes after preliminary acknowledgement of booking by the operator petersburgtravel.ru.
3.3. Possible forms and conditions of services payment :
- Payment by cash or a credit card at the office petersburgtravel.ru.
- Payment by cash to the courier petersburgtravel.ru.
- Payment by the notice through local branch of Sberbank Bank.
- On-line payment by a credit card.
- On-line payment by electronic payment.
4. The responsibility of the parties
4.1. Company "INOTEX" bears the responsibility for a material damage, caused to the client owing to lacks of the given services, by way and the volume stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for cases when infringement of the rights of the client has occured owing to force majeure circumstances.
4.2. The client bears the responsibility for execution of the obligations to Company "INOTEX", and also for insulting to Company "INOTEX" material damage, and damage to its business reputation.
4.3. The person who issued and has sent the Application for booking, represents interests of all tourists brought into the booking application, bears the responsibility before Company "INOTEX" for correctness informed in the booking application of data about tourists, for performance by tourists all above-stated obligations, including obligations of services payment and penalties in case of refusing from the ordered service.
4.4. In case of refusing by client the paid booking, Company "INOTEX" returns to the client full cost of the ordered services minus the penalty. Payment of the penalty is made by the client at cancellation of the order or its modification for individual tourists less than 24 hours prior to a checkout time of date of settling in hotel (12:00), and also at a non-arrival of the client to places of the beginning of consumption of the ordered services in target dates. The size of the penalty is understood as cost of all services ordered in Company "INOTEX" for the first day of service. Conditions of the penalty at booking refusal for group of tourists is defined by the Contract of Company "INOTEX" with corresponding hotel.
4.5. Accordingly to the written application of the client at the preschedule cancelation of using of the ordered services, Company "INOTEX" can return to the client the sum which is not exceeding costs of residing and feeding in hotel for not used quantity of days, including the date of a following day when service has been stopped.
4.6. The parties are relieved from the responsibility under the obligations in case of approach of force majeure circumstances, such as earthquake, flooding, fires, typhoons, hurricanes, snow drifts, military actions, mass diseases, strikes, change of visa modes of the CIS and Baltics countries, and also restrictions of transportations, interdictions of trading operations with the separate countries owing to application of the international sanctions and other events, not dependent on will of the parties. At approach of such circumstances each of the parties is obliged to inform about it other party in as much as possible short term.
5.1. In case of occurrence of any claims from the client during granting service, the client should issue in writing form the claim and assure it at the representative of a hotel. Documentary confirmed claim is transferred to Company "INOTEX". If the reason which has caused the claim is not possible eliminate on the place, the client should address in writing form to Company "INOTEX" within 20 days from the moment of the cancellation of using the ordered services. Company "INOTEX" accepts claims only with the resolution of the representative of hotel about impossibility of satisfaction of the claim on a place. Within 10 working days Company "INOTEX" compensates losses of the client, or give to the client the written proved refusal.
5.2. In any case, the size of losses of the client who is a subject of compensation by Company "INOTEX", cannot exceed 100 % of cost bought, but not given services.
5.3. The client has the right to solve dispute with Company "INOTEX" in court by way established by the legislation of the Russian Federation
